Does Meladerm lighten the skin ? (not just scars/dark marks) But the actual skin tone ?

Yes, Meladerm improves the overall complexion. Regular use of the product over significant time period will benefit in gaining back ones original complexion. The results are similar to Hydroquinone creams, but without undesirable side effects.
